Shipping and Returns

As our products are handcrafted from scratch in small batches, we would typically need about 3 - 4 business days before it is shipped out. Do expect delays during peak seasons like sales or festive periods and other holiday periods in Singapore.

Please note that shipping rates will vary according to destination. Simply select your country at checkout, and the applicable international shipping charges will be reflected. If your country isn’t listed, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

All international packages are shipped via Aramex International, with an estimated delivery time of 3-4 weeks depending on your location and the time of year.

Important Information:

• International packages may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees as determined by your country. These fees are not included in the shipping charges reflected at checkout, and the customer is responsible for paying any such charges.
• In compliance with shipping regulations, we are required to declare the full value of all international packages. We cannot mark packages as gifts or at zero value to avoid customs duties or fees.

However, if you believe you've received a damaged or wrong order, please contact us with your order number and a photograph of the item you received within 5 days of the date the parcel was delivered and we'll do our best to help.
