Shipping and Returns

As our products are handcrafted from scratch in small batches, we would typically need about 3 - 4 business days before it is shipped out. Do expect delays during peak seasons like sales or festive periods and other holiday periods in Singapore.

 

We work with Shippit for our deliveries - should you require any assistance to your delivery or track the status of it, please refer to Shippit here.

We currently do not offer international shipping. Should you be keen to place an international order, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist you! International shipping will be made via Aramex. Please take note that international packages may be subjected to destination import duties, taxes, other government charges and the customer is responsible for these charges incurred.

However, if you believe you've received a damaged or wrong order, please contact us with your order number and a photograph of the item you received within 5 days of the date the parcel was delivered and we'll do our best to help.
