As our products are handcrafted from scratch in small batches, we would typically need about 3 - 4 business days before it is shipped out. Do expect delays during peak seasons like sales or festive periods and other holiday periods in Singapore.

All international packages are shipped via Aramex International, with an estimated delivery time of 3-4 weeks depending on your location and the time of year.

• International packages may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees as determined by your country. These fees are not included in the shipping charges reflected at checkout, and the customer is responsible for paying any such charges.
• In compliance with shipping regulations, we are required to declare the full value of all international packages. We cannot mark packages as gifts or at zero value to avoid customs duties or fees.
