About the Experience
Senses in Conversation is an intimate, guided workshop rooted in synaesthesia, a neurological trait where senses cross.
Drawing from lived synaesthetic experience, the workshop offers creative and reflective practices that honour the many ways people perceive, process, and make sense of the world.
The session focuses on building internal awareness, translating sensations, and responding to them with care and intention.
What You’ll Leave With
Participants translate these insights into a personalised aromatherapy roll-on to anchor their own sensory language.
Leaving with a deeper awareness of their inner cues, a gentle framework for self-soothing, and a tangible tool they can return to in moments of stress or overwhelm.
